Conference Theme:
The ENHR Conference 1998 aims to provide an intellectually stimulating
environment for the discussion of the future of housing in an
international context. The themes of renewal, sustainability and
innovation are both topical and timely, and have relevance from a
variety of perspectives - economic social, political, physical,
technological, human and managerial. We are now inviting potential
participants to submit abstracts of 500 words maximum to arrive by
15th March 1998. Full papers of 6000 to 8000 words must be submitted
for refereeing by workshop leaders by 1st June 1998. The refereeing
process for papers received by this date will be used as a basis to
allocate papers to workshop sessions in the earlier part of the
conference with opportunity for longer presentation and discussion
time. Non-refereed papers submitted after 1st June 1998 will be
allocated to shorter paper sessions towards the end of the conference.
Refereed papers will be considered for publication in special thematic
issues of refereed academic journals.
